You may have lived in many cities. But there's only one city that lives within you.
These pendents are inspired by vintage maps from the British era of 'Undivided India' where Bangladesh and Pakistan were a part of India. This particular pendent is of the Bombay presidency that included Belgaum, Hunblinand and also Surat, being the traders hub.
The artists love for making glass pendents coupled with her love for travel, made her explore these beautiful vintage maps. These maps were procured from the artist's various visits to Chor Bazaar, and while rummaging through some old atlas books in Sion, Mumbai.
"I know how passionately people feel about their roots and the place that they belong to. And that's exactly what these pendents stand for." Says Saarus, the artist behind Glasshopper.
It comes along with a silver polished nickel ball chain and a little metal charm in a handmade potli.
