The Brand was instituted in 2012, by Aakriti Ahuja, a design graduate from Symbiosis Institute of Design. ‘Asees’ means "Blessing" in Punjabi language and it is indeed a blessing to be born in a country with astounding textiles and crafts. The brand is based in Abohar, punjab and that allows us to explore the craft in best of its form. We at Asees intent to give a commercial angle to the craft, which was once used only for personal use, and accustom it in various product categories.
